Chicken Chili

This is a simple recipe perfect for a cold, mountain evening. Enjoy!

Chicken Corn Black Bean Chili

Ingredients:

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

1 jar salsa

1 can enchilada sauce

2 cans diced tomatoes – chili ready

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 small bag frozen corn

1 can red kidney beans

1 can black beans

Directions:

Place all ingredients in slow cooker on low. Cook until chicken is done – 4 to 5 hours. Shred chicken and stir. Serve with sour cream and tortillas, guacamole and cheese, or whatever fixins your heart desires.
